We do everything we can to ensure your flight departs on time and we understand the inconvenience disruptions can cause. If your flight is cancelled or delayed more than 3 hours and you do not wish to travel you can cancel the unused flight (s) and receive a refund of the flight costs. Alternatively, if you have time on your hands and the flight is not cancelled you can ask a member of staff for some free refreshments.
